OUR VISION and MISSION is to be a Faith-Based agent of change that assist pastors with church transformation, women and men with career and life transformation, and voice of hope and inspiration to change. We facilitate transformation leveraging a God proven framework, RISE.

OUR BELIEFS We believe, although there is only one true God, that God consists of three distinct persons. That the Father is God, that the Son (Jesus, the Christ-Messiah) is God and that the Holy Spirit is God (Dt. 6:4; Jn. 1:1; 14; 6:27; Acts 5:3-4).

God is the source and sustainer of life. He, according to the counsel of His own will, decreed whatsoever comes to pass, including both His permissive will and His sovereign will (Isa. 14:24; 26-27; Eph. 1). 

He is the living God, the Creator, Redeemer, Sustainer, and Ruler of all things. He is infinite, eternal, and unchangeable, and is revealed to us as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

OUR FOUNDER and CEO, Sandra Gaston is the youngest of six and the first to graduate high school; valedictorian out of a class of 734. She is a widower after 26 years of marriage and a mother of two beautiful children and one energetic grandson. She obtained a MS in Computer Science and Telecommunications and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics. Additionally, she has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology in Corporate America; starting her career as a System Analyst progressing to the position of Vice President of Quality Engineering. She successfully built an organization from scratch and became a powerhouse of strategy, leadership, and transformation. She doesn’t just chase excellence - she engineers it.

However, before her corporate profession there was a life in Chicago Housing projects with drugs, sex and gangs. A place where being sexy and sexual was promoted over being classy. She said No to being uneducated, No to addiction, No to bad character, No to low standards and she said Yes, to being renewed by the transformation of her mind!

She has come to know her gifts and her purpose to be a Transformation Expert God’s Way. With God in the front of her, Sandra is ready to help transform your church, transform your life, and inspire you to RISE!!
